FOR TWO RIVERS ACADEMY ONLINE COURSES

Welcome to Two Rivers Academy (“Company,” “we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our online courses, digital products, and virtual school (“Services”). By purchasing, accessing, or using our Services, you (“Student,” “user,” “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Digital Products – All Sales Are Final

1.1 Non-Refundable Purchases:
 All courses and digital products sold by Two Rivers Academy are non-refundable. Because access is granted immediately and materials are downloadable or viewable digitally, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.

1.2 Chargebacks:
 By purchasing, you agree not to initiate chargebacks. Unauthorized chargebacks will be treated as breach of these Terms and may result in legal collection efforts.

2. No Medical, Mental Health, or Professional Advice

2.1 Informational Purposes Only:
 All content within our curriculum is provided for general educational and informational purposes only.

2.2 Not Medical Advice:
 The curriculum is not medical advice, not mental health advice, and not a substitute for:

  • evaluation or treatment by a licensed medical professional,
  • physical therapy,
  • psychiatric care,
  • psychological counseling,
  • medication,
  • surgery,
  • or any form of professional healthcare.

2.3 Consult Your Doctor First:
 Before engaging in any physical activity, exercise, mental/emotional practices, or lifestyle changes provided in the curriculum, you must consult with your physician or mental health provider, especially if you have:

  • existing medical conditions,
  • injuries,
  • psychiatric diagnoses (including but not limited to dissociation or dissociative disorders),
  • emotional health conditions,
  • or any concerns about your physical or mental wellbeing.

You agree that you are solely responsible for obtaining appropriate professional guidance before participating.

3. Health Disclaimer & Assumption of Risk

3.1 Voluntary Participation:
 You acknowledge that participating in physical, mental, emotional, or wellness-related content carries inherent risks.

3.2 No Guarantees of Results:
 We do not guarantee any specific outcomes, results, improvements, or changes. Results will vary for each individual, and you may experience none or not all of the potential benefits discussed.

3.3 Assumption of Risk:
 You voluntarily assume all risks associated with using the curriculum, including risk of:

  • injury,
  • illness,
  • psychological distress,
  • aggravation of existing health conditions,
  • or other adverse effects.

3.4 Limitation of Liability:
 To the fullest extent permitted by U.S. and New Jersey law, Two Rivers Academy, its owners, instructors, affiliates, and employees are not liable for:

  • injuries,
  • accidents,
  • illnesses,
  • mental health episodes,
  • losses,
  • damages,
  • or negative outcomes
    arising from your use of the Services.

You agree that you are solely responsible for your health, safety, and wellbeing.

4. Student Responsibilities

By using the Services, you agree that:

  • You participate at your own risk.
  • You will consult appropriate medical and mental health professionals before engaging in exercises, practices, or curriculum activities.
  • You will discontinue use if any discomfort or health concerns arise.
    You understand the curriculum is     a guide, not a personalized treatment plan.

5. Lifetime Access Policy (Platform & School Dependency)

5.1 Definition of Lifetime Access:
 “Lifetime access” refers to access for the operational lifetime of:

  • Two Rivers Academy’s virtual school, and
    the hosting platform (e.g., Teachable)
     whichever ends first.

5.2 Continuity Not Guaranteed:
 Although it is the intent of Two Rivers Academy to maintain the virtual school for at least the next three years and ideally for decades, this cannot be guaranteed.

5.3 Loss of Access:
 Access may end if:

  • Two Rivers Academy ceases operation,
    the hosting platform becomes unavailable,
  • the curriculum is discontinued,
    or we determine at our discretion to close or transition the online school.

You acknowledge and agree that loss of access due to any of the above does not entitle you to a refund, partial or otherwise.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Owned by Two Rivers Academy:
 All content—videos, text, images, audio, curriculum, branding, methods, and all intellectual property—is owned by Two Rivers Academy.

6.2 Personal Use Only:
 You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for your own learning.

You may not:

  • copy, distribute, or reproduce materials;
  • share login credentials;
  • resell or sublicense access;
  • publicly display or teach the curriculum;
  • upload content elsewhere.

Violation may result in immediate termination without refund.

7. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Unauthorized sharing may result in account termination.

8. No Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
 We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

  • accuracy,
  • completeness,
  • availability,
  • suitability,
  • or fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall first attempt resolution through informal negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration in New Jersey, unless otherwise required by law.

You waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may update or modify these Terms at any time without notice. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
