Grow your earth connection and experience how deep grounding leads to a life of greater authenticity and increased self-control.

Learn to root, relax, and center yourself to Improve your stability in movement, thought, feeling, and all aspects of your life. Apply this deep rooting ability in learning the next four movements of the Guang Ping Taiji Form.


Basic Taiji Play: Part 4

Take your athleticism to the next level by enhancing your strength and coordination.

Following the Taiji Ground Rules is a quintessential step in channeling internal power when kicking and throughout the set. Complete the first section of the Guang Ping Taiji Form by learning the next nine movements.
